Doozie Glass is amazing. Would 10/10 recommend to everybody I know. I traveled from the US to Ireland and wanted to take a glass piece home with me. Doozie Glass responded within minutes of me messaging them and they even delivered the pieces to my hotel. Wonderful service and the pieces they have are the best I've seen in a long while. If I ever go back to Ireland, or better yet, if they start selling in the US I will definitely be buying from them again.

Placed an order for chillums on April 30. Received confirmation email that the order was being processed. It’s now twenty days since I’ve placed that order. It hasn’t shipped. I emailed them twice for a refund, as the item was meant to be a gift for someone but I had to get them something else instead. First email was sent 12th May, second email sent 17th of May. No response to either email, and no order shipped at all. I understand these items are hand made, and probably have a longer turnaround time than the pre-made items you’d get from other shops, but this seems like the order was just forgotten about entirely. The most disappointing part is the lack of response from the business.I have bought from them before in the past and never had an issue like this. I have often recommended them to people as they’re an Irish company specialising in hand crafted glass that’s beautifully made. After this experience though, I would be reluctant to recommend them to anyone in the future.

I haven’t got much dealings with people in the glass blowing industry especially in Ireland but I’ve recently looked into getting my own personalised hand made glass bong and when I came across doozie threw a friend of a friend. I was in contact with Graham and he was really helpful in given me the steps for the process needed to design a bong of my imagination. After a numerous back and forth email and one or two meetings before restrictions wore tightened, we eventually came to a design that out done my imagination. So I would highly recommend the lads at doozie for any of your needs.
