Bliss Cleaning

I contacted Bliss Cleaning for a quote via email and communication was great!I also asked for a extra service of carpet sanitation which Conroy was happy to help us with.We arranged a day and time with no issues.Conroy was very punctual which is fantastic! We were the ones running a bit late! Thank you for your patience!Conroy set up all of his equipment, came with shoe covers, inspected the rooms and asked for any particular areas that needed more intense cleaning (we didn't have one but it was nice of him to check). He said when he should finish and offered us the option of paying prior to clean or after the clean which was appreciated. We left him with a key and came back at the specified time. Everything looked very clean and it was barely damp! We thought carpets will be wet for a few days! We paid and Conroy gave us a paper receipt as well as via email.TLDR: Would definetly book a carpet clean with Bliss Cleaning again!

We were moving out of our house in Horsham and as part of the tenancy agreement we needed to get the carpets cleaned. Bliss cleaning came along and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

Conroy was punctual, polite, took care to cover his outdoor shoes and cleaned our armchairs thoroughly. Delighted with the result. Going to have him back to clean our carpets.
