Very nice person, always willing to help. Dean helped us out in an emergency when we had a leak coming through our ceiling and it was the weekend too. We will always call him if we need a plumber in the future.

An absolute legend of a guy, despite him being pretty busy, he still found the time to get to us very quickly after some idiot (me) managed to drill through a water pipe, all up and running again in no time, perfect.

Very helpful, boiler packed due during the very cold snow spell we’ve just had so rang to get someone out. Unfortunately wasn’t able to get to me today due to exceptional call demands but asked me a few questions and informed me that 95% of the call outs he received for my boiler was an frozen external pipe, explained what I needed to do for a temporary repair to get boiler back up and running and it’s worked. Thank you. The only engineer from all I’d called to offer me any advice. Now going to book a service from them when things have calmed down.

Spoke to Dean after a small plumbing emergency and he was so helpful, gave great advice and went above and beyond to help us and fix the problem, great communication and excellent service.... Highly recommended!!

My 90 year old mum was let down by a heating service company, no heating on the coldest night of the year.I rang Parkers, Donne Parker was very helpful within 30 mins Ian had arrived and fixed the issue. Also previous company said my mum needed a new boiler,Ian said boiler is fine.So I would highly recommend Parkers, responsible and honest.

We were looking for a new boiler and was told by another plumber to contact Parkers to get a quote.He came within 48hrs looked around and advised us what we should have. He gave us several options and emailed us the quotes several days later.We contacted him with our decision and he gave us a date.He arrived and started work what we noticed from the off after every days work he tidied up before leaving.after three days boiler was up and running and we have had no problems since.We did get several prices and he was second to cheapest.We also asked him if he had time to rip out a bath and fit a shower which he did yet again clean and tidy.Would highly recommend Mr Parker as he always kept us informed day by day on the progress.
