It's been a few months since KBB Master Builder LTD finished my bathroom. All works fine; they've done a great job.Time and quality were of the essence to me, and they did a great job accommodating it. They started on the day they promised, finished on the day they promised, showed up on time, and cleaned after themselves every day. The guys were very responsible with the rest of the apartment, covering the walls, the floor, and even the balcony they had to use to cut the tiles. Left no damages after their work. They offered to keep the bathtub and other bulky items at their office, which was extremely helpful, They even ordered the countertop for the bathroom themselves and matched it perfectly with the tiles, which was a great relief to me.Overall I'm very satisfied that I chose them. They know how to do their job and seem to care about their reputation.

We used KBB Master Builder Ltd for a complete refit of our bathroom this summer and we are delighted with the result! Artur and his team did an amazing job. Artur and team were excellent throughout the project. What was incredible about their work is that they really understand what you're trying to achieve and deliver! My bathroom had no plan! I conveyed a vision, shared some pictures and they were able to pull together a stunning outcome. Admittedly they are on the more expensive end but in the case of a bathroom where an error can be costly, I felt paying a premium delivered a premium outcome and the quality of the finish is second to none. KBB Master Builder Ltd, Artur and his team refurbished two bathrooms and replaced 4 windows for me. The 1st floor bathroom I replaced the shower and window and repainted, loft bathroom was repainted and window replaced and in the loft bedroom I replaced both windows. The job took 9 days and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail and the whole experience from start to finish has been really smooth and Artur has kept me informed throughout. In the 1st floor bathroom the shower was replaced without damaging the underfloor heating and only one floor tile needed to be replace. I could see how careful he was being and the high quality of his workmanship. The team was remarkably tidy and kept dust / dirt to a minimum. When they left they cleaned and ensured each room was immaculate. I'm loving my new bathrooms and windows. I would be happy to recommend Artur and his team.

The KBB team are brilliant. Artur really listened to the things we needed. We asked for a bathroom to be added to an awkward loft space and he bade it happen. He made sure we were able to live comfortably in our house during the works with high functioning dust screens and attention to tidying everyday after the workers left. He was honest and gave good advice along the moths-long journey. When issues came up he was prompt to respond. His entire team works to the same standard as Artur. It's tough to choose a building company when so much time, money, and disruption to domestic life is on the line-- KBB is a good choice.

We have just used KBB Master Builder to install a fully accessible kitchen in a new build flat for a disabled family member. The work involved completely removing and replacing the existing kitchen cabinets and worktop and repositioning the appliances (which were new), and redirecting the electrics and plumbing. From day one Artur and his team were highly focused on planning and delivering the project on schedule and to a high degree of build quality. Artur was considerate throughout in meeting additional requests from us and ensuring that the kitchen reflected the original kitchen design but with full accessibity incorporated. KBB Master Builder Ltd, Artur and his team (notably Misha) renovated not 1 but 2 bathrooms in two separate pieces of work recently. We were quite specific as to what we wanted, at the least a bathroom that would last for many years, using quality materials and good workmanship. That was what we got, as the stripped both rooms back to the bare walls, and replaced all pipeworks. We then watched them painstakingly waterproof and install all necessary materials and fixtures. Our many questions were answered in detail, usually in person.The works was excellent. Some minor snagging was dealt with promptly, and the end result has made us very happy.I would not hesitate is recommending, and can certainly talk about our experience in working with KBB Master Builder Ltd, it ALL being a great experience.
