Been at graysford hall nearly two years a beautiful lookng place without any doubt . Every workng place has its ups and downs nothng is perfect in life . I do feel work is non stop we work very hard and pay is low and it’s not easy on dementia floor some days are totally draining on 12 hours shifts you carry on and always wish for a better day on your next shift. I love my residents , love my job staff are good and we work and get by ….
