Fresh eggs some, with feathers still on them which puts a smile on my face in the morning, and delicious fresh milk with excellent prompt service every Tuesday. I could not be happier!

My experience .. poor service. Following Blunham dairy canvasing our street for new business agreed for milk delivery 2 days per week as a trial. Received milk as expected on the Tuesday but nothing on Friday or have received anything since. After numerous emails advising no milk delivery, there was no curtesy to respond back to my emails. Since cancelled the contract.. and reverted to buying my milk from local supermarket. Annoying as wanted to support local business.. I’ll think again next time.

Exceptional service, Alan is such a gentleman, so polite. Will always have our milk delivered.

Not happy, loud vehicles waking me up 2:30am screaming past my property then reversing back past at least 3 nights a week. Why can’t you have electric vehicles? Save the world an all that? Instead of loud diesel vehicles racing round at unholy hours. I understand you have a service that some people want to use but why should other people suffer at the hands of it.

Good reliable service delivering milk but sometimes hard to contact

Had some issues with wrong deliveries previously but no issues for last couple months. Really high quality oat milk

I finally canceled with them and closed my account today. I don’t know who is managing the place but it is not running well. The guys who delivering are not switched on! Making too many mistakes. Their delivery trucks are way to loud 1-2 AM in the morning! Milks are left out for hours! Mixing up with delivery dates. Sent them emails about stuff and i was completely ignored! They don’t care!

Having only used them for a short period I'm very disappointed, in the short space of being with them they have changed the date of delivery without letting us know, they have completely missed delivery for a week with no explanation or apology, gave us the wrong milk and then when the wrong milk was left outside for them to collect they only delivered us 1 bottle rather then the 2 and left the empty glass bottles as well, they also have a habit of delivering milk later in the day so you don't have it for the morning and your milk is left outside all day... on top of that they fail to respond to emails or answer the phone or call back after messages.. we've literally cancelled our order and they have still delivered milk to us.. typically the wrong one! I've decided to simply not pay them as that seems to be the only thing that gets their attention. they owe us two bottles of our order milk anyways

Was impressed at first, but loud and kept waking the dog up during the night. I didn’t know how to pay bill. They finally rang me back and left me a voicemail saying the bank details are on the invoice but they aren’t and I can’t find them on the website either like they said. They’ve sure stopped delivering the milk though because I didn’t pay and still don’t know how. I had to call 3 times before I got a call back.

So far, so good. Delivers what I order, good products and they can do better than the local council, they recycle glass! Support local, green business and get your milk in glass.....
