Very good service. They were truthful about the fact my fridge couldn't be repaired instead of stringing me along. Highly recommended.

Mustafa was polite and courteous when setting up the appointment and managed to make it within a couple days of my call. He was in and out quite quickly and assured me the problem would be fixed and if it wasn't to let him know. I tried to run a wash after he left that wouldn't finish for 2-3 days and left the machine flooded again. When I was in contact, as directed, my message was ignored. When I asked for the money back for the repair (as the problem wasn't fixed) I was ignored. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I called Home Appliance Repairs in August as the fan on our fridge had frosted up. Unlike the statement on the website which states same day or next day guaranteed they did not turn up until 3 days after I called them. When Mustafa did eventually turn up he managed to defrost the fan. However the problem persisted and I asked Mustafa to come back. He said he would but it took about 2 weeks before he actually turned up. When he did eventually do so he said I needed a number of parts to be replaced and he would call AEG and purchase them and come back and repair the fridge. When we came back from holiday in September he said that he tried AEG but they did not have the parts. He said he would let me know when he had managed to get hold of them. Weeks past and I kept calling and when I did eventually get hold of him he said that the parts were still not available. I therefore decided to call AEG myself and manage to order 3 out of the 4 parts myself, the final part arriving a few weeks later. I then called Mustafa back approx 3 weeks ago asking him if he could carry out the repair. 3 weeks later, despite taking the day off to be at home he has not turned up as promised. If you do decide to use Mustafa, which I most vigorously would recommend you don't, do not expect a quick response. He does not pick up his calls, he does not return calls, he does not call/text when he says he will and he will use the excuse that he has to attend an emergency gas leak when he has no intention of turning up. It is now the end of November and our fridge still does not function properly. If it was possible to give no stars as a rating I would. Avoid Home Appliance Repair at all cost !!

This company was recommended by a friend, I rang and booked appointment on Monday for the Wednesday. On the Wednesday no one turned up- I rang and he said he'd forgotten but would be with me on Thursday and to ring for the time. I rang on Thursday and was told lunchtime. I waited in until 3pm then rang- no show, no answer no reply no apology. Somewhat unreliable therefore.
