Wow what an amazing experience me my mum and of course the bride to be , my sister had ! 10/10 for service, 10/10 on the amazing selection of dresses, 10/10 for the gorgeous set out of the room and of course 10/10 on topping up our Prosecco up ! Absolutely brilliant and a relaxed time we had! Highly recommend booking here you will not be disappointed and I can assure you will find the most perfect dress ! Thank you so much to Mel and Brett you really did make my sisters day !!!

What a fantastic experience I had shopping at the Ivory dressing room. We had a chat about styles and budgets over a nice glass of prosecco before delving in to try different gowns on. We found the one for me pretty quickly, even though I tried other styles on just to be sure afterwards. I ended up having to cancel my other appointments by phone straight after walking out. The seamstress was fantastic with the alterations too. I'd certainly recommend the ivory dressing room if you are looking for your perfect dress.

What an amazing experience! If you’re a bride looking to find your dream dress, don’t hesitate to make an appointment at the Ivory Dressing Room. Brett is so kind and professional. I was on the search for a last minute dress and he exceeded my expectations. Beyond grateful for his responsiveness and ability to get my dress all the way to New York. THE BEST!

Mel was amazing, so patient and kind! She made me feel I looked amazing in everything I tried. I’d recommend anyone to the Ivory dressing room. There was no pressure and we were able to take our time at every appointment, never rushed and everyone was so attentive every time I went.

I visited the Ivory Dressing room as my first ever wedding dress shop - I was incredibly nervous and excited but as soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel so relaxed and welcome! I had a truly amazing experience and can't thank them enough for helping me find my dream dress!

Just wanted to post a review here after having what was probably the worst customer experience elsewhere (Molly Browns in York). Looking for a MOB outfit me and my daughter visited The Ivory Dressing Room. The staff were outstanding, attentive, informative and knowledgeable. Ten out of then for customer service.

The Ivory Dressing Room
I had the most special experience at the Ivory Dressing Room! It was my first time trying on a wedding dress, I was understandably nervous and Lauren&Mel made us feel so welcome. They allowed us to take our time, listened to what I liked, offered alternatives and made the whole experience so lovely. I can’t wait to come back and try my dress on!
