A great experience. Nothing has been too much hassle. Personally delivered by Bilis themselves. As someone who has always driven cars I was a bit sceptical. However, everything has been smooth from start to finish. Customer service is great and the moped itself is fun and a money saver.The only thing I struggled with was the helmet box. If there was an option to have this pre fitted I would pay extra. Its as if the bolts that need loosened have been overtightened by machine and proved difficult to remove to allow the box to be installed. Only ymentioning this as a possible change as its definately a service I would pay for.Overall 5/5 stillDate of experience: 02 August 2022

Excellent service and communication from Paul. From phone calls to emails. Then he delivered moped personally.

Best buy I have made, gets me back and forward to work in the city centre and makes me feel like a kid when I’m doing it.Can’t remember the last time I looked forward to actually going to work so much lol.Before buying the moped I had never been on any sort of moped in my life but it’s so easy to drive. The bike itself is easy to operate and charge the batteries etc. I honestly can’t recommend enough.
