I had the pleasure of buying some glass blocks and the associated accessories to install them. The website, thanks to a wealth of information about the products helped by video animations, helped me choosing the right products. When the courier missed the delivery I received a call directly by the management to inform me they were looking after my order and it was later delivered when stated. Great supplier and highly recommended.

Can't recommend this place more for your glass block needs, they do everything, we use them for craft blocks and the quality is fantastic they come with a plastic plug for money box and are half the price of hobbycraft. They do many sizes and colours too. The service is amazing, free delivery, and when we have contacted them they were so helpful. Last order we wanted delivered and the day after we were in the area so called them to ask if we could collect instead which they obliged and even loaded them in to my car for me. Some of the best service from a small company I have had.

I've been searching online for a UK supplier that stocks 100 mm thick 30-minute fire rated frosted glass blocks for my bathroom refurbishment and finally managed to find them on Glass Blocks Direct. I dealt with Tom who I found to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and by email. He even sent me a link containing all the products I need for fitting the blocks which was so useful. Have to wait for 4-5 weeks for delivery of glass blocks as I'm looking for a specific design but am happy to wait. Will update this review once the order arrives but so far, so good!

Very patient young man served us (thanks Tom), great selection of glass blocks, from very cheap to rather pricey, but all of high quality. I had phoned to check the ones I wanted where in stock, but mrs. Stilton insisted on coming to see them. The company works from a industrial unit in Chichester, the operation is smooth and efficient, i purchased a fitting kit which will save me a lot of time and got a factual demonstration of how to illuminate the blocks from Tom. I got the impression from them that nothing was too much trouble, they have earned their five stars!

Their customer service is great. Recently ordered from them but forgot to order the number I needed so I made separate order and sent email requesting that they be delivered together. The customer service response was immediate and extremely friendly (thanks to Jack in logistics!). The bricks come earlier than advertised and wrapped with care. Extremely happy with the service.

Very professional staff with excellent website with tutorials. Material calculator on the website is also handy that based on size of the job you get the amount of material needed.The most impressive part to me was customer support. Based on the consultation that I had with the support over the phone they made an amendment to my order without charging me for the amended material.

Great company to deal with, initially enquired having no knowledge of glass blocks, all my questions were dealt with swiftly. I placed an order, received them two days later and Unfortunately one of the glass blocks was damaged in transit. I contacted Glass Blocks Direct straight away and then sent in photos of the damages and I received a replacement block the very next day! Super speedy service and the blocks look great. Would 100% recommend using the company in the future! DPD provided a time slot which was very helpful to know when delivery was going to be made.

Tried to place order - spent an hour faffing with website - kept asking for first name after selecting paypal checkout. Deleted order, tried again, and after an hour gave up. Website check out is utterly rubbish ... Tried using card as alternative payment - kept saying card details were wrong.. unbelievable.
