Citreus Catering

I booked Citreus for a VIP dinner at a bespoke location for an event I was managing. I couldn't have been happier with my choice! Fantastic food and service from Tim, Craig and their team! Great communication leading up to my event and the team carried out some extra tasks on the night which they didn't need to but which really helped me out. All of the guests commented on how good the food was. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The service from the team across the night was both efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation in hiring them again!

Can't understate how much we loved working with Citreus. We had a vision for a mainly vegetarian wedding, with some of our favourite restaurant dishes, including ones lots might not have been familiar with, e.g. Korean Bokkeumbap, as well as Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, and the team put their everything into executing it all brilliantly, making recommendations, serving it beautifully (not easy to do with some dishes) and going out of their way. They also respected our budget! We love them!

The most amazing caterers, the most awesome guys, Craig and Tim honestly they made our wedding day so so special. We cant recommend these guys enough they were just amazing. Craig's delicious food, everyone loved every single bit! And Tim's wonderful wonderful front of house. They made every bit of our wedding day run so smoothly, they even made us take time out for a moment together as a couple to take it all in which was super special as you don't normally get that on your wedding day!We loved these guys so much, honestly they were just incredible, such lovely friendly processional guys and so so talented, also the best beef i have ever had! My daughter and (now) son-in-law chose Citreus Catering for their wedding reception held in Shelford Village Hall.Tim and his team were absolutely excellent, so pleasant and so well organised, and the food was perfectly cooked and presented.I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding quality of the food, the service and their professionalism.Thank you Tim and team!!!

We hired Citreus for our wedding on 27th May 2023. From initial contact, to taster session, to the event itself they were absolutely fantastic. The food on the day was delicious and all of guest commented on how great it was. The servers on the day were lovely, polite and very professional.I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team, especially Tim who was front of house, he was amazing. He mingled with everyone and ensured myself and my husband had canapes to one side for once we had mingled.Also to Craig and the team in the kitchen, I imagine it wasn't easy cooking in the glorious weather we had, but everything was perfect!We would highly recommend them to anyone and will 100% be using them again in the future :)

I used Citreus for a business event. They were absolutely brilliant. So easy to deal with, accommodating, and so professional on the night. The service and the food were incredible and I will definitely be using them again.

We had two separate shoots around Nottingham / Newark and Craig + Tim + team were amazing caterers for both shoots! They delivered on time and the food on both occasions were amazing. We had different dietary requirements and they were extremely accommodating!Thanks all for your help :)

Tim and Craig catered for our wedding and were fab from the moment we met them. They were attentive, friendly and professional throughout and made the most amazing tapas sharing plates for 93 people! All from the tiny kitchen at our venue. We had loaded fries in the evening which they did perfectly and so many of our guests complimented them. They even cut up and served our wedding cake of cheese for everyone. Their waiting staff were brilliant too. Super friendly and efficient and just generally a great bunch of people.If you are wondering who to consider for a big event, look no further, they will look after you, we couldn't recommend them more!

Craig, Tim and the team catered for our wedding and were the best supplier we worked with- from their excellent communication throughout to creating the most fun, creative and tasty Ottolenghi-inspired menu for our 200 guests, and a special menu for children.They were kind enough to do an amazing tasting and were adaptable, creative and made things run so smoothly on the day. We can’t recommend them enough and have told so many people to use them for their events- we hope to use them again soon.

The best team ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Craig, Tim and Gaynor did the most incredible job exceeding our expectations in every single way possible, providing us with the most amazing wedding day catering.Craig’s food and attention to detail was second to none. Every single one of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the food tasted, from the initial canapés all the way through to the final mouthful of dessert. The food was the best I’ve tasted in a long long time and without doubt the best food I’ve had at a wedding. Also, Craig did an amazing job catering to the different dietary needs of our guests. My wife has many intolerances yet he met all of her needs to create a unique bespoke menu just for her meaning she could enjoy the food just like everyone else.Tim & Gaynor were the most exceptional hosts for our intimate day. They were both so attentive, ensuring everyone had everything they needed and most importantly our glasses were constantly topped up. They also did an amazing job setting up the table with no details spared.Even throughout the wedding (prior to the meal) Tim was a joy, taking time out to ensure that both myself and my wife had time to take a breather in the midst of all the normal wedding madness, which helped us so much as my wife suffers from chronic fatigue.I also wanted to give a special mention as the guys even ensured that my wife’s 2 year old nephew was taken care of, making him his own little plate of canapés, main and dessert, despite us not paying for him to have a meal. This is the epitome of going above and beyond in my eyes.We both had the most amazing wedding day which was taken to the next level by the Citreus Catering team. I can’t recommend them enough.
