Happy Dogs and Cats

Vicky is such a natural with animals. She speaks their language and makes every effort to further her understanding wherever she can. She completely changed how I responded to my dogs needs and I know so much more about my dog and cat now. My dog found meeting strangers hard but was instantly looking to Vicki and doing all she asked. I feel so lucky to have been able to receive her help and support. She is highly reccomended. She leads with compassion and empathy. What more could you ask for!

Vicky is a caring professional who was essential in getting my (then stray) six-year-old cat to settle into her new home. I would 100% recommend Vicky. She has supported us through preparing for and then integrating our newborn into the family with our dog. She understood that for us, our dog is one of our children, and is a proponent of punishment free training.

Vicky was amazing with my girls, she was extremely thorough with her initial assessment, finding multiple areas to help my cats. There was good communication before the visit to enable us to understand what the consultation would involve.Vicky arrived on time and was very respectful of our home and animals, she is a lovely lady - very calming and nurturing. Never critical when explaining alternative ways of dealing with the cats problematic behaviours.Vicky is extremely knowledgeable and gave lots of interesting information about cat behaviour and great advise about how to introduce a new younger cat to our original older cat. Vicky brought some toys and scent pouches to use. The assessment and consultation were not rushed at all - we had ample time to ask questions and really understand the advise given. Vicky took her time to understand our cats and their characteristics and behavour, making notes as she went along to provide a thorough assessment of our cats needs.Vicky talked in depth about cat primitive behaviour and signs to look out for to avoid future conflict. Vicky gave good suggestions that we would never of thought about by ourselves and these have made a really big difference.We would highly recommend Vicky. Aftercare was also excellent after the initial visit. Vicky provides you with a comprehensive report and follow up check ins for several months after the initial visit.You are left feeling more confident dealing with your pets and they are certainly calmer, more comfortable with each other and play more, but of course you do need to follow the advise and be consistent.We can't recommend Vicky enough.
