3 times I have contacted this union of which am a fully paid up member, wanting to speak to my rep about some issues I have in my job and 3 times I have been told that someone would be in touch, the last time being 8th Feb 2019 with a reminder to them on the 6th Mar 2019. I'm still waiting on them getting in touch

Worked with Kieran when facing the sack. The man was amazing. Saved my job and as such has turned the company around in how they do their job.So would highly recommend these guys. You never know what the future will throw at you.

Terrific help in sorting out a personal financial problem would highly recommend.

Awful service, and a lot of money wasted. I was a member , I asked for a representative or anyone to speak to me about issues I had at work, they promised to call me back 4 times within a month. No answer came from them. So I cancelled my membership. At this point I feel I just wasted my money...

If a bin man get a pay, Raise and wagesThat means I will have to pay more ratesSo where do I get the extra money from

Awful service. Rang mid may for advice needed before 18th june and was told someone would get back to me in the week. 2 weeks later STILL heard nothing so i rang them. Finally got someone on the 13th june, 5 days before i needed it. Sounded like that person was in the middle of a school playground, couldnt hear him and he couldnt hear me properly. Was told he would phone me somewhere quiet in half and hour later. Never heard from them again so had to just hope for the best at work. Fast forward 1st July....still no word 17 days later. Just not acceptable especially when you paid for the enhanced membership for a number of years and this is the first time you ask for help. Best advice i can give anyone is learn employment law yourself because they obviously are understaffed or do not give a damn- who knows!
