1st time in using this mbe on the recommendation of a local auction house. Found them to be efficient from initial enquiry re P&P to actually informing them of the success in bidding at auction. Found that their speediness in collecting, packing and dispatch was more than I was expecting (5 days in total), from bidding to actually receiving the paintings, which were well packed and a new way of securing glass on the pictures, a transparent self adhesive film rather than the union jack style of tape across the glass.Recommended.

This is the first time I have used Mail Boxes Chippenham and I was delighted by the service. They collected two framed and glazed watercolour paintings from auction and sent them to me quite quickly, in a good strong box and extremely well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. I had wondered whether the glass would arrive intact but need have had no worries on that score. Many thanks for your attentive and careful service.

Just received my package and it has been very well done. I bought two items at auction and then contacted Mail Boxes ,Chippenham. They quoted quickly and collected , packed and sent my items. They charged me less than original quote which i had agreed to. A good honest firm. Will happily use again.

Really great job thank you two guitars and a framed print perfectly packed arrived in perfect condition.Even the guitars were detuned to take the tension off the neck before shipping really important to do this when shipping guitars or else with a knock the neck can snap. A sign of true professionals.Will certainly use you again.
