Professional and caring, everyone at Albert Parr ensured that they made an extremely difficult time easier to deal with.

We lost Our dear mum in August this year. She was in amazing woman and I wanted only the best for our mum ,she was a much loved wife, mum and grandmother. And a friend to many people. Albert Parr helped us to give mum the best send off ever. They was always extremely compassionate, and professional when dealing with us and mum. Even after the funeral we received a call checking and how we was doing. There are many restrictions in place due to COVID. And mum passed away with cancer. So we was able to have all the things we wanted for mum. But please be aware not all Funeral directors had this policy had this policy. With Albert Parr they made sure all our wishes were catered for. Thank you for helping us to make a stressful and difficult situation go smoothly.RIP Nona ❤️

I can not recommend Albert Parr enough..At a time when the whole family is devastated and in mourning, Sarah, Dawn, James and the rest of the staff made the our Sad situation a little bit better. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble and the help in the organisation was completely professional right from our first call to Albert Parr. I cannot thank you all enough from myself, my dear mum and the rest of the family. X

Albert Parr & Sons is a family run business and it shows. I felt fully supported and helped when planning my mother's funeral. Sarah was fantastic and did above and beyond to make sure my mother got the very special sent off that I wanted her to have. The funeral was beautiful; horse & carriage, with a coffin painted with flowers and butterflies. I highly recommend them.

Terrible- life long upsetting serviceUnfortunately I have had to choose 1 star rating as there isn't a zero rating.Its been 6 years and the treatment that my family and my deceased father received from this company were despicable and still haunt us to this day and always will. We still cry about it and will never forget the immense amount of stress and trauma we went through during the most difficult time of lives. I would never recommend this Funeral Company to anyone.
