Very good customer service and very helpful staff members

My friend and I recently visiting the Levi’s Reading store in the Oracle and were helped by Liv, one of the shop floor managers and she was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and went above and beyond. Excellent service.

Never will I ever return. Always told Levi’s would last and great quality (worth the ££££) couldn’t be more wrong!!!My jeans ripped after just under a year! I travelled over an hour into town after being told they are Fixable over the phone, to then be told that it would take two weeks to be repaired and cost nearly £20. Upon agreeing I was then told I’d need to take them back home to wash them! Why wasn’t I told before I set off to come in- I’m hardly ever in Reading so this is highly inconvenient.I vow never to return or recommend them to anyone. Staff not helpful.

Visited Levi’s store in reading today, Aeryn and some other 2 girls were really helpful. Specially Aeryn was really kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience and great customer service received from store team. Sales assistant Haste very professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help and advise. Well done Reading store.

Very bad experience today at Levi's reading! I walked in to do a return of one of 3 items I got the day before. The salesperson (no 650491) was very rude, firstly she implied that the paper tag was not authentic, she even asked her college to go and check the ones they had in store. Obviously it was. If this was not already humiliating enough, to do the return she ask to see my card statement to see that I did in fact purchase it, keep in mind that the return goes automatically to your card at Levi's you don't even need to show or scan the card. This was an invasion of my privacy and extremely uncomfortable, I'll be presenting a formal complaint as well.

Had a great experience in store today, such friendly staff and they were so helpful to my partner who doesn't love shopping. Big thanks to Hope who was so knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely to chat to her and we came away with some nice pieces and good advice!

One of the staff members were so rude to me and my son we just left. I don’t know why

I hesitantly entered Levi’s in Reading today as someone who ‘doesn’t like jeans’ and left a convert thanks to sales assistant Katie. She was so attentive and really made the effort to find what style would suit and fit me best. I left with the most flattering and comfy pair of flares that I cannot wait to wear. Thank you Katie!

well i do like the shop but you only get 3 stars because during covid you kicked me out for not wearing a mask. i could’ve had exemptions and the woman didn’t even ask and she was very rude. otherwise the clothes are fine
