There good at taking your money but the service could be much better.. the engineers are at fault not proper trained then the managing director calls you are lier saying it’s you house wire which is old.. went really it’s not.. very disappointing for the money I paid and then eventually a engineer called Matt arrives and sorting thing out.. 10/10 to you Matt you done a brilliant job thank you x

DTS provided a well thought-out solution to the WiFi issue on our property using Ubiquiti Access Points. The engineers (Luke and Bill) were brilliant and went the extra mile by straightening out some other smaller wiring issues while they had access to the loft space. 5 star service.

I asked DTS to install 42 cameras across 6 of my sites, I was apprehensive about starting such a big project but once I called DTS they got the ball rolling from start to finish. Dts provided us with an excellent service at our home in Croydon. Engineers were punctual and very professional. Their tec support team went extra mile to get all sorted. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service and have already passed on their number to my neighbours.

Dts fitted 48 cameras succesfully in our hotel in Marseille due to companys in Marseille messing me around. Previously used them in London so didnt hesitate to fet them to take such a big job. Great company to know

Don’t expect any customer service from this company. Installers did a good job, and sales person was very nice(as you would expect) but when we had some issues, and I didn’t get a proper resolution, and asked to talk to some sort of manager I was talked to like I’m some piece of dirt. Appealing to say the leastSkip this one, unless you want to be treated with disrespect.

I was happy on the day and the result, I can’t fault that. I was let down unfortunately by them not sending my report to the correct email address. I sent them 3 emails over the course of the month to request the report but I still didn’t receive it and this is why I rated 3 stars. Hopefully it was just a one off situation. On the day they were polite, professional and arrived on time.
