First time using the garage as it’s new in our area i was really impressed with the service that i received from The staffHad the car checked somewhere else and turned out my car was having a complete different problem wich cost me a lot less compared to what i was quoted !!!!Thanks to Erjon and Aron for being so polite and getting my car back on the roadAlready recommended to family and friendsThank you guys AAAA++++

I drive from London very year to get my car MOT and serviced at HiQ Aylesbury. Erjon is so honest and genuine when it comes to jobs that need doing, or problems that arise. He will bend over backwards to try and help in any way he can. His morals stand firm when it comes to the service you receive. I highly recommend, there isn’t another garage where I feel comfortable that my car is in genuine good hands.

We have been using this garage for some time but after our last visit, we will never go back.We took our car there because the steering was making a noise. We were told that they had looked it over and there was nothing wrong. Then, within a few minutes we were told it was the steering rack and would cost a lot to fix.We took our car to a different garage and they found the problem immediately and it cost us £66.

Wasted my weekend. I booked 4 new tyres and i went for my appointment as i should. Waited 30 min for the reception guy to show up just to tell me that they had problem in the system and it did not show that i booked the tyres and they did not have them in stock. I have confirmation email and everything and still couldn’t get what i booked. First and last time i book with them. I hope that helps others to avoid my experience.

Absolutely awful experience at this garage, they seem incompetent to complete a simple oil and filter change, having to return a day later with dash flashing oil level too high. Poor communication and customer service overall. Disappointing as went off good reviews online but clearly management change and staff changes have happened since. Left feeling unheard by John who is the owner and do not trust work so will be booking in to another garage for a check over.

Manager told me to bring the car in around 9-10, but when I brought it in at 10 there was no one in. Locked door, no sign of anyone. Waited 20 minutes, spoke to an employee who tried to call him, no show.

Collected my car six days ago from 'HiQ' at Aylesbury & pleased with the result - work was carried out in relation to an oil leak. Whenever I have taken my car to this garage the service has been flawless; I have never had reason to complain & the staff have always proved honest, reliable & competent.
