Having just moved in to a new home, I was a bit stuck for cash and I got a new Tv from THT Direct on a buy-now-pay-later scheme. George was very helpful and talked me through the process and was always willing to pick up the phone and have a chat with me about my order and what the next steps in the process were. George and his team also bent over backwards to help me and delivered my TV to my home ahead of schedule -I didn’t have a TV in my home at all at this point so this was greatly appreciated! The driver was also very friendly and helped me carry the TV into a room of my choosing in my home. Honestly I couldn’t praise George and his team enough for their effort, customer service and overall willingness to help!

I have dealt with George over a few years now, having bought four different TVs plus a fridge freezer, all delivered with no problems whatsoever. It's a bonus that the prices are always good. Buy with coincidence.

Had my eye on a specific LG OLED for some time approaching black Fri. All major big name competitors had knocked £200 off the TV of choice. THT had a further £140 off RRP in comparison to big name retailers. Too good to be true I put purchase on credit card to reclaim £ if no delivery or delivered by dodgy white transit van. Not to worry, great communication & delivered in a sign written van after I'd slept in & rearranged delivery. Top notch!

Update, had small issue with screen, george organized for samsung to call out, they are coming back next week to replace under the 5 year warranty, absolutely fantastic service from a family businessAbsolutely top class service from start to finish, and best price too !

Thank you THT direct! Bought a brand new 55 inch LG OLED TV of at least £150 cheaper than other retailers. George, the manager was very helpful and provided excellent service especially the delivery arrangements. I'm a very happy customer and I will be back for more.
