Jon and his team gave an excellent, professional service. This was an upgrade from an old oil-fired system to a new combi gas boiler. Work included full assessment of the property, gas link from main to boiler, stripping and removal of old system, electrical and connection to radiators. Went the extra mile with the challenges of an older property. Recommended.

He was very rude/aggressive to me on the phone this morning. It was unclear why the bill for boiler servicing/gas fire safety check work he had done for my elderly mother last year (2021) was so expensive and took so long so I cancelled an appointment he had made directly with her for this year’s service. I had raised my concerns with him at the time and was surprised he had contacted her directly this year. I asked him to remove her name & number from his contacts list. Very unpleasant interaction and glad I spared my mother from it.

Jon installed a new boiler for us in December 2017. Really great service from him. Very knowledgeable, tidy, quick and a nice guy. I have asked him to come back to upgrade various other parts of the central heating system in the Spring. Happy to recommend him.

We had a Combi Boiler replacement for a Standard boiler, which was a lot of work! The engineer worked long hours over three days and remained pleasant and friendly at all times. The work was done quickly and well, with our house being left warm and Clean! Overall, very happy with the service we received.
