From choosing the right carpet to the fitting was a top notch service. Not pushy in the shop to choose an expensive one but honest advice on the right carpet that met our needs. Fitters turned up on time and completed the job brilliantly. Would definitely recommend using them.

Carpet choosing was great, quality is great but the fitter used the loo and I have had to clear his wee up off of my floor and toilet seat. When we called to complain he lied and blamed by 5 year old son who never lifts the seat up, and never used to loo after him. Rather than apologise and own it. £100 to the fitter and I’ve had to clean wee off my floor, disgusting. And to lie has made the service worse. We are returning customers and won’t be using them again.

We had carpets fitted upstairs of our barn, we are very happy with the quality of them. The carpet fitter was fantastic. The nicest man ever. So happy. We will always use carpet design centre.

I want to say a huge thank you to Mark and the team who I saw ten days ago. On the Friday my fish tank had cracked and ruined my lounge carpet. I went to the unit in witham on the Saturday and Mark was so helpful. Less than a week later I have a brand new carpet under the insurance. The two fitters were lovely and so friendly and they’ve done a fantastic job including wrap around stairs! Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you all for brilliant customer service.

Wanted a peace of lino for my cat room as I Foster cats for Mel's Rescue. When I explained what it was for, he knocked some of it . We have brought all our carpets from there as we found them to be the cheapest. Also, to fit them .

The store is good they give a reasonable mount if choices and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. However the real selling point for me is the fitters twice we have had them fit carpet for us and twice we had a fitter called Mark, he was such a funny man yet never overstepped the banter boundary and remained a throughly professional service.

We ordered lounge, hall, stairs and landing carpet from Carpet Design Witham. The price was very competitive and the fitters arrived bang on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a competitive job and great fitting team
