4 boxes sent yesterday. Staff adamant the Parcelforce driver took them but he didn’t scan either of them and now there missing! (parcels are scanned into Parcelforce depots and out of post offices)My 4 parcels didn’t get a scan at all, appears they have been stolen between leaving the post office and reaching the sorting depot from the drivers van.Manager is an absolute disgrace, screamed at me when I took the boxes in that she doesn’t accept medium boxes. I corrected her so spent the next half an hour painfully raging throughout serving me talking to me like I was scum. Now my parcels have gone missing.CCTV has been requested.
