I have a motorhome with a Fiat Ducato X250 cab. I've had an ongoing problem with the EGR valve causing it to go into limp mode. After 3 new valves and still not fixed I decided let the mechanics at HTC have a look at it.Marcus was very professional and polite and after some investigation he found two mice had decided to make a home in our air filter eating into it to make a nest at the base of it.This he said would have caused a problem with the air flow bringing on the warning light and causing the sluggish handling and poor fuel consumption.The receptionist (sorry I don't remember your name) was also very courteous, professional and accommodating.I will be using them in the future.Thank you so much.

Company truck been in 4 times for phone system fault. Failed again after 1 day. Went back and asked them to look at it to be told it would be 3 weeks until they could look at it even though they hadnt fixed the original problem! Truck is only 6 months old so under so called warranty. Avoid this place at all costs and do not buy a Daf! Absolute shambles!!

Had our fiat ducato motorhome serviced and Moted, bit expensive but the service was excellent. Tucked away on an industrial estate behind the Mercedes dealer near Oxford Airport. I left it with them and came back later but you can wait in a room with a tv and coffee machine for a quick visit or MOT.
