I took my mum here to explore getting a new mobility scooter as the one she had was large and cumbersome; she was struggling to get it in and out of the house, and also get it loaded on to coaches for day trips.We were welcomed by Georgina immediately who took the time to understand my mum’s needs and was also very understanding of her hearing difficulties.She initially had her heart set on an auto-folding scooter having seen them on TV. However, after advice from Georgina, these weren’t the best fit for my mum, due to their limitations. The scooter that Georgina recommended for my mum was spot on. Funnily, the model name is ‘Rascal’, which suits my mum to a T! Even better we could take it away, there and then. This was no hard sell. I genuinely believe they wanted my mum to get the best product for her needs.Overall, the level of service, and the included ongoing support, was exceptional. It certainly beats the anonymity of buying online and dealing with people who aren’t necessarily experts in the area.My mum feels more confident knowing there are people she can visit with any problems, and that she’ll get any support she needs.Many thanks to Georgina and Martin. It was very much appreciated, and mum is over the moon.

Recently purchased a scooter for my elderly Mum, from this wonderful family business. Everyone was so attentive and patient throughout the buying process and we also bought a wheelchair.Mum subsequently had some concerns about the scooter and I visited the Sidmouth shop to discuss with them. Imagine my surprise when, a couple of days later, the entire family arrived at my Mum's on their way home, to check the scooter over and provide peace of mind to my Mum!Now that's what I call customer service.Thank you all at Coastline Mobility !!

I visited the shop in Sidmouth on Saturday morning & at 1pm my riser chair was delivered. Excellent service from very pleasant people. They also put my old sofa in the drive. Very pleased I bought my chair from them. Thank you very much for all your help & advice.

I recently had my Pride Ranger electric scooter serviced by Coastline Mobility having purchased it from them 12 months ago and now, as then, the service that I received from their personnel was exemplary.From the very first ‘phone call last year to the return of my scooter yesterday each member of staff that I have had contact with has been so polite, friendly and helpful - thank you so much.As for the scooter, it is brilliant. I have a fairly large garden with a few steep inclines but the Ranger handles them with ease.Thanks again Coastline, you will always be my first port of call for mobility aids.

Beware!! Sold my 84 year old farther the wrong product costing £800 and refused to change it or take it back.

Very impressive to say the least, Dave in the Exmouth shop was a complete star, his knowledge of the products was superb, his attentiveness to our needs was superb, thank you.

Friendly staff with a good knowledge of the products. They can even service your current scooter. Lots of different products in the shop and if there wasn't something I needed they would order it in for me. Very personal service
