Kwik Fit - Bracknell - Bagshot Road

I had to bring my car back to Kwik Fit to resolve an issue that shouldnt of happened. The work provided to me by Kwik Fit around 2 months ago, replacement of my CV Joint Boot, had all come undone and wasnt fitted correctly in the first place. This work was completed under warranty. However, i also had to get the nearside Boot replaced as this had now split..Im not convinced a good job was done in the first place, and now worried that the same thing might happen again.

I am disappointed with the service I received. the first time I took my car to do the mot amd service which cost £300. it was on 07/06/2023unfortunately mot failed so i was told they can fix these things for an extra 230. i said i will fix it myself and come back for another test. talking to men on reception he made an appointment for me to retest again on 12/07 and said that I don't have to pay. then I was informed that, unfortunately, another mot failed. I asked why because there was supposedly a leak. I was charged again £23 for taking the retest again. so I took the car and went to the mechanic who repaired it, he checked it with me and said that there is no leak. And he doesn't understand why I stayed again with a failed mot. then i went back to kwik fit I asked for the reason for this leak they took the car on a ramp and of course there was no leak. 4 mens came and they told me that I fixed the car in half an hour. They couldn't explain why I have to pay again. I shouldn't pay for the retest in next 10 days. and I also heard that it is my fault that I went to another mechanic and I did not do it with them.. I know it may seem that I am a woman from another country and that they can rob me of my money like this. I find it inappropriate and I will definitely not be back there.

MOT went well and timely.Wheel alignment did not work.Car is pulling to the left badly.Edit: I have used the contact means provided in your answer to my comment, but it appears these answers are just a generic way of pretending that you care, while you take no remedial action.That brings the number of stars you've received down to 1.Shame.

Easy to book MOT online, competitive price, reception ready for me when I arrived. Able to leave my car and return at the time when reception said MOT would be completed and find my car and MOT certificate waiting. Quick & efficient service.

The Bracknell Bagshot team are all very good, I have always been impressed with the speed and quality of the service offered, David on the front desk is a gentleman who will look after you.

Very pleasant and helpful - staff happy to spend time explaining. I was told about the free brake exam and this was carried out - I now feel fully informed.

I felt happy because my car passed it’s MOT, but the member of staff wasn’t exactly welcoming either before or after, usually they phone me when it’s done, he didn’t even offer?! It’s the worst I’ve been treated by them, usually they’re always nice friendly and happy

Precise information for the sevice requested. Appointment confirmation via text. Service appointment started on time. David helped with filling in insurance paperwork. Overall excellent service.
