We had the pleasure of meeting Millie Howdon who proved to of great help to us, she is very knowledgeable of the properties in the area and was able to give a whole over view of what we should expect in monetary terms for our house. A very professional and competent young lady, was very prompt in ensuring we got all the relevant paperwork we needed for our decision making. We would certainly use this company again and especially Millie. Thank you for a really good service.

Compared to other estate agents in the same area, they are very knowledgeable and will always chase things up to find an answer to any question you may have. I first met Millie at Amesbury office.She was very enthusiastic and really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the whole process of selling my late uncles property.She explained everything to me right down to the last detail. I used Fox & Sons to sell a property using the 'Modern Method of Auction' at their recommendation, so actually I was in contract with the Auctioneer rather than the Estate Agent direct. However, that didn't seem to affect the friendly and efficient service provided by Amy and Megan at Fox's, and as I lived some distance from the property, they handled all the viewings, which all went very smoothly. Apart from the final sale being an online auction, Fox's seemed to fulfil all the other usual Estate Agent duties, and did them very efficiently.

The very helpful, professional and supportive team who all went above and beyond to get our sale completed. It should have been a straight forward purchase, however the vendor's solicitor was incredibly slow which resulted in the Amy and her team having to work really hard to manage the conveyance. Thank you to the whole team.

The most effective state agent! Always ready to respond to any query you might have. Everyone is very friendly and approachable.Simply saying they do what is expected from estate agent and you would not get disappointed. Definitely would recommend it!

I just purchased a property through fox and sons Amesbury.I cannot tell you how amazing the service Was, if I had any problem Millie and her team would be there to help. Our solicitors we’re not the fastest and I felt a bit lost at times but one call to Millie and she would chase and get me answers, always reassuring my wife and I that everything is going well. Anytime we wanted to arrange a visit to our new property or needed anything, it was never to much trouble. If I ever sell or look to buy again, Millie and her team will be the first ones I go to!Cannot thank them enough.
