Couldn't be more pleased with Richard.Richard had good availability and arrived exactly when he said he would. He carried out all works quickly with no mess and at very reasonable prices.He also struck me as very honest and friendly. It was a real bonus to have someone I was comfortable talking to and having in my home.

Richard recently replaced our old boiler with a new Ideal Logic Gas boiler along with upgrading the associated control system ,Punctual , kept us informed & professional. Took the time to make sure everything was working well & explained how the new control system worked , we will defiantly be using Richard again for the annual service

Very happy with the work carried out to replace our heating system. Richard was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Our installation wasn’t the most straightforward of jobs as it involved moving the boiler from inside the house to out in the garage, moving the oil feed and installing a new flue but it was all carried out by Richard and his team with good humour, quickly, efficiently and tidily. The costs of the works was very reasonable. Would have no hesitation in recommending Hodges plumbing and heating.

We had been using a Taunton based company for plumbing and heating work for a number of years who announced they were no longer covering LPG boilers in West Somerset due to a lack of demand.I found Hodges Plumbing & Heating on the internet and received a prompt reply to my email enquiry within two hours, an appointment for a service was then arranged within a week.Richard carried out the most thorough service that we have ever had done. He was so knowledgeable and explained simply and clearly each step of what he was doing and the different aspects for our particular system. Every part of the boiler, hot water and heating system was checked and serviced, many of which had never been touched since installation ten years earlier.I would thoroughly recommend Richard at Hodges Plumbing & Heating of Watchet and will continue to use him for all our future plumbing and heating requirements.

Fantastic service all round Richard serviced my gas boiler and sorted out the air in the expansion vessel. Richard talked me through the whole process. Cannot recommended this company enough! I rang Richard as my 87 yr old Mother had a leak in her bathroom..He was there within 10mins….found the problem,made good for the day and then returned the following afternoon to replace faulty items..He kept me fully Informed with what was happening and was just wonderful with my Mum…What a star..10/10 on every level…Fantastic company and wouldn’t use anyone else now!

Excellent - professional and friendly service - Richard did a very tidy job of reconfiguring my hot water system.
