very poor ,dirty shoddy machines not working.wontvuse it again

Undoubtedly, the worst experience. The machine stopped after about 20 mins after taking my £5.40. Upon calling the staff, she advised that's all I get. So I had to put my water-dripping-wet clothes in a dryer on her advise and guess what? The machine started again and spun empty. Again, upon asking the same staff member, she replied 'Sometime theses machines do that.' So I paid £5.40 to get half washed clothes and paid more than usual to dry them as they were extraordinarily wet. Shocking!Edit: The laundrette compensated me by giving me a free wash (same time length) and paid towards drying as well.

The owner of this laundrette is extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained to him that after 25 mins in the tumble dryer my clothes aren't even close to being dry with that he pulled out my clothes and manhandled them. He gave me back my £2 and shouted that I go else where, this was in front of his other customers. We were all in shock. I believe that the dryers are turned down so that the customer needs to keep adding more money, that or bad maintainence. I can firmly say that after 10 years of using this laundrette I will never return.

What did I like about it?Ummm... Nothing.No opening hours visible - at least from the outside.Internet search showed assorted opening hours, ranging from anywhere between 7am - 6pm.I arrived at 8am to find it closed - yet a couple of months ago I was there, finished washed and dried 2 loads and home by 9am, so I know it has been open earlier than today, in the past!Staff weren't pleasant, either. Constantly making a point of looking at you as if you are invading their 'little club' and behaving as though you are 'putting them out' if you ask them anything!I'd rather drag the laundry across town by bus, back to my old, friendlier and reliably open launderette, than go back here.

Used to be great but unfortunately its really gone downhill since under new ownership. Half the machines are broken and have been for some months now. The ones that do work, most of them stink badly and need a regular good clean out. They smell stale and sour!Prices have gone up, understandable to some extent with cost of living rising, but I can speak on behalf of all customers when I say I'm not going to pay that amount just to have my washing coming out stinking of god knows what!

Massive improvement, all dryers working, place was really clean, much better and much needed for the local communityDryers do not heat up at all, have been using this laundrette over 20 years, new owners not interested when I said the dryers might need servicing, real shame

what a rubbish launderette took my quilt in to be washed paid £7.00 and it came out cold no hot water had been used and as dirty as it went in really people its out right robbery don't use this place you do not get your moneys worth !!!!!!!

Often go there. Machines always working, even if one or two of the larger ones appear to held together with duct tape. Staff are ok and always have change. When absent, neighbouring shop provides that.

Friendly place. Machines all working, but I don't go there when the nearby school ends the day, as the whole street is packed with parked cars.
