Excellent service at the weekend. Had a radiator start leaking which dropped the boiler pressure so it wouldn't work. With an 18 month old I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Ian came out a few hours after I called and fixed it within an hour. Very quick and professional service and I would use again.

Ian can out to quote us on repairing out wet room floor and was the best price out if 3 quotes. Repaired floor with shower tray fitment rather than tiles and looks great . Highly recommended

I called Ian in an emergency to help find and fix a leaking shower and he visited the same day to investigate, the next day to fix the leak and the following week to help remove the toilet, etc., ready to start rebuilding the bathroom. Ian has gone above and beyond to help when I know he is busy, is very reasonably priced, tidied up after himself and is personable and polite. I will be asking Ian to quote to rebuild my bathroom, so hopefully another review will follow....

Ian has been out twice, once and to fix a leaking sink and another to fix a radiator. Great on both occasions - on time, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend!

Tap had been dripping for sometime and having called several plumbing firms with no call back and one with call back but no further response after sending photo of problem, contacted Ian who gave me an immediate date for inspection and to carry out required work. Arrived promptly, completed replacement of tap cartridges. Excellent service, have no hesitation in recommending Trowbridge Plumbers.

We contacted Ian Pritchard as our toilet cistern would not stop emptying itself. As it was not urgent we arranged a date for Ian to come and see what needed doing. After inspecting the cistern he explained what the problem was and as he also carried the spare parts he fixed it straight away.We found Ian friendly, polite and very reasonably priced and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who requires a plumber.

Ian was great, fitted my job in on the same day, was really friendly and arrived in the time he said he would. He cleared the blockage in my drain within half an hour and I was really pleased with his service. The job was priced quite reasonably as well. Would recommend Trowbridge Plummers!
