A genuine pleasure to do business with. They offered the best price I could find online and then actually offered nearly £1,000 more once the car was inspected in person. This meant £2,500 more than Webuyanycar offered, without an inspection, so I am very pleased with the integrity of this company.The money was received quickly and communication throughout was absolutely spot on.Many thanks to Sam, Marley and Maahi for making selling my much loved car as easy as possible.

Car Store provided a very efficient and friendly service. Abdul met me at the initial appointment and in less than an hour he had inspected the car and I had a confirmed valuation. I returned a few days later and Ali processed the paperwork to buy the car off me. All in all I felt they looked after me very well and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their car in a very timely manner.

Recently dealt with Ali who explained the whole process clearly and made sure i was fully aware of what was happening at each step. Displayed great customer service which i did not receive from other dealers. The other member of staff named Abdirahman was very friendly and the whole experience was very smooth and comforting. I sold my car through the Car Store Enfield at the weekend. We saw Ali who talked us through the process and was very friendly and professional. My valuation was the same as my online valuation, which I was very pleased with, as it was more than I had been offered elsewhere without any extra fees added on! Great customer service at the Car Store in Enfield! I was dealt with by Abdul and Ali and the process couldn't have been smoother; I took my car in for a valuation on Saturday and the money was paid into my account on Tuesday (bare in mind that this was a large sum as well). After having dealt with other companies in the past, Car Store was by far the nicest to deal with and the most efficient; with great communication throughout. I would definitely recommend them over any of their competitors (e.g. We Buy Any Car) as their valuations are just as good, if not better, and the customer service is light years ahead of anyone else.

Car Store Enfield were fantastic in ensuring I had a quick and seamless experience in selling my car. I dealt with Ali who was personable and friendly, and continuously reassured me that I would receive a fair deal and ensured I would receive my payment ASAP (since I went in on a Sunday, he made sure I received a bank transfer by Monday lunchtime). Car Store offered me the best price of all the dealers I spoke to. I made an online appointment with Jordan who assessed the car. The head office then confirmed the valuation which was valid for 7 days. Another 35 minute appointment today to do the paperwork and that was it. The full payment was in my account by 3pm the same day. Jordan was very professional and the whole process was simple and quick. If I needed to, I would definitely use them again. Very happy with valuation and sale - price matched my expectations. Sales process was excellent - all parts clearly explained and completed efficiently.
