Fix Your Window

James has been a life saver to us. Earlier this year, we had a problem with our previous fitter who just couldn’t get our front door order right and we had to call it a day and work out another solution ourselves. Many installers wouldn’t fit doors/windows that been ordered by another installer but James kindly agreed to help out. It wasn’t a straight forward fit as the door/side panels ordered did not fit the measurements of the opening, so James advised us exactly what the builder would need to do in terms of enlarging the opening, and then came back and fitted everything to a high standard.Few months later, we also had to call James back to fix our patio French door as it was installed poorly by previous fitter and the heat from the summer has made it more apparent that it needed to be looked at. James were able to identify the problem and fixed the problem in no time.I find James to be very professional, helpful and patient at the same time (which can be rare), and it is rare to be able to find someone who would take a small job and help “Fix Your Window”. James is punctual and also clean after his work. I definitely recommend James and will definitely use him again in the future.

Very happy with the service provided! After being told by every other company in Bath that it wasn't possible to have a broken double glazed unit sorted until January, James had it measured, supplied and fitted in less than 48 hours! James was really nice to chat to and did the job very quickly and left no mess at all. Wouldn't hesitate to use his services again!
