Had the first appointment of the morning booked and I arrived early, no work started till 8:30 (fair enough that's their start time) they were pretty efficient, had me out within 15 mins (I had 2 tyres fitted) didn't try and sell me anything extra but did point out a couple of things that would need doing soon. I've been to other branches of national tyres as they are usually the best price and I normally have to listen to a dozen reasons why I need extra work doing on my car, but these guys just got on with it and gave me an honest appraisal of what should be done in the future, no hard sell just genuine advice. Very happy with with the service and the price. Will defiantly use them again. :-)

They sorted out a slow puncture for me and were superb. I was really impressed as other places may have insisted on a new tyre but they said there was no problem with the current one and did a good repair efficiently.Just don't drive your car straight in at the moment. Check they have space / an engineer available from reception first. (You need to wear a mask in Reception and they have a screen in place for their workers)

Went in for a new tyre as noticed mine needed changing immediately. Didn’t have it in stock but came the next day. Went back, fitted quickly and professionally with a really good price. Friendly service and made me feel welcome and valued. Will return for future work.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Yaz for giving my car a quick once over last week. I was only in the area for the day and wanted reassurance on a random knocking noise coming from the rear of the car before a long 3hr journey home. All looked in good order with no visible problem which was a huge relief. Excellent service, so friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend

Went in for a tyre balance and was dealt with great customer service by the lady on reception and Nathan who did the balance it’s self. In and out in 20 minutes, showed me how much the tyre was out and over all just a great experience!

Booked an MOT and full service, the treatment by a staff member was so disrespectful and blinked, will never go here again. Stay clear if you’re man/woman of colour.Really poor customer service.
