Brilliant company, great staff and very helpful

I had a simple but urgent conveyancing requirement so engaged GSB. Several months later I still didn't even have a quote and had to take my business elsewhere. Correspondence went unanswered, promises weren't kept, delays weren't explained, there was clearly a lack of communication within their own office and no apology was offered at the end of it! A very frustrating experience.

I started my Journey with GSB and notably Angela Craig back in 2018/19. Without going into detail of the services I required, Angela made me feel comfortable from the word go. The communication between us was second to none, the advice I was 1st class, clearly from Angela's vast experience.
