Spent a lot of time talking to Nathan about sofas - he was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't give any impression of pressure on us to buy.Loved the sofa and chairs we chose!

I hope this is the correct place to leave a review of leekes of llantricant. Getting here was not easy. We have had a very good shopping experience in the bedding department with Nathan Messenger. His attitude was just the right balance of attention and being allowed a comfortable view of the stock. His pleasant manner and attention to detail was good

Had a very good experience at Leekes this afternoon. Rhys in furniture was very helpful when we bought a bench seat and table and a young boy called Josh was excellent help when we bought a Peacock picture. Really good service.

We have recently been receiving help, guidance and support from Bonita in the Interior Design Studio. She has been amazing; easy to consult with, professional with fantastic design ideas. We had a lounge which really was a blank canvas. Bonita helped to transform it and has really gone the extra mile" in sourcing carpets

Service was excellent and selection of furniture and their fabrics/textures was also very broad. My sales advisor, Karen, was very helpful and worked with me through every step of the selecting and purchasing process. She was very friendly and accommodating of what I was looking for. I am extremely pleased with the sofa and dining table I bought and they fit perfectly in my home.

Visited the Leekes store today at Llantrissant and ordered a settee and chair. We were served by a lady named Karen who was amazing. She did everything she could to help us, giving us details of the product and fabrics available, prices and offers. She had all the information at her fingertips and was so friendly and helpful. Leekes, you have an exceptional lady working for you, please make sure you look after her, she is a great asset to you, and you should be proud of her. Thank you Karen and we look forward to receiving our new furniture. Great choice of everything in the store by the way, couldn’t fault it or the service.

What a lovely experience we had being served by James in the furniture/ bedding department. We were looking for a sofa bed for our new home and James provided us with all the information we needed. We purchased the Casa Hampton sofa bed after James demonstrated how to set it up and provided us with the detailed measurements we needed. He was friendly, professional with excellent product knowledge. So nice to have such great customer service. We will certainly return after such a positive experience. Thanks James!
