Went with shoulder problems, now have a really bad neck, still bad after two weeks so going to a physio for that now. Can't recommend based on my experience.

Around 6 months ago whilst simply bending to tie my shoe lace, my back simply went. Unable to move for a week or two, decided to visit Kirsten. Delighted. Had a few weekly sessions then moved to a monthly maintenance session. Kirsten is very knowledgeable and in my opinion, definitely someone who knows what she is doing. Highly recommended.

I’m currently seeing Dr Elias Ioannou as I am currently pregnant and experiencing back and pelvic pain. I have had two sessions so far and the difference is unbelievable! The pain is easing as each session goes by. He is lovely and professional throughout. Can’t recommend him enough!The staff on reception are also so lovely and welcoming both in person and on the phone they can’t do enough for you! An all round great clinic!

I found Kirsten to be very professional, kind and courteous. She was thorough in her examination and as my problem was getting better on its own she gave me the choice of carrying on as I was or have treatment. Couldn’t recommend Kirsten enough!My first time at the Chapeltown clinic and I was greeted by a lovely receptionist! The clinic has a lovely laid back, yet professional feel, which is great.Kirsten was very empathetic and understanding and explained everything brilliantly.I suffer a lot with neck pain and headaches, due to my job.Kirsten also advised on a few lifestyle changes and stretches, as well as relieving some tension in my neck and head.Thank you so much!

My mother has a weekly chiropractor session here & she always looks forward to it. She is profoundly deaf which means she has to be accompanied by myself or my sister but Dr Kirsten MacGregor could not have been more welcoming to us. Indeed, she has taken it upon herself to learn B.S.L to be able to communicate with my mother, something which no other health care professional has taken the time to do for my family & for which we will be forever thankful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, from the receptionists to the practitioners they are such a wonderful group of people.Thank you to all involved in this wonderful practice, you should all be very proud of yourselves for the service that you provide.
