I have always experienced great service in this Clarks in Manchester Fort. With aitonatic doors and a wide middle soace making tge shop wheelchair accessible the front section is for adults and the back for children. Shoes, boots, slippers and shoe care products are sold here. This Clarks is a smaller Clarks. Enjoy shopping.

Excellent service from the store manager and his team. A good range of shoes (though if you're a male shoe size 11 or 12+ it might be best going online beforehand and ordered the ones you like so they are definitely in store when you visit! I went in for a pair of work shoes and came out with a great pair of Chelsea Boots for work and some Trigenics for socialising in (they're a hybrid between shoes and trainers and are sooo comfy!!!).

Great store and very helpful staff... The weekday evening manager was very helpful when we discovered that our daughter shoes one was bigger than the other... She was able to recall the transaction from two months ago. This isn't a Overly busy store so your seen relatively quick...

Great customer service by staff. After having my feet measured and given good advice, I finally got a comfortable pair of shoes. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Took my sister in law to check out some boots, she saw a black pair and asked for her size. The lady helping us said there wasn't anymore black boots only grey, so when my sister in law tried the grey boots on but didn't like the colour, she said it was fine we'd try to buy it online. The lady helping us took the boots put it back in the box, went behind the till counter and chucked the box on the floor, making a loud noise that everyone in the store turned around to look and had a horrible attitude like we were wasting her time (someone obviously didn't enjoy her job there).
