We popped in just to have a look, but ended up buying wedding outfits. Walked out with 7 outfits to create the theme we wanted. Girls are well pleased. Customer service is brilliant. The shop is a treasure cave with lots of beautiful outfits for women, men and the the kids. InshaaAllah we will be returning customers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience of shopping in Menaal’s clothing shop yesterday & today. We needed to purchase outfits for my son’s wedding, the owners were extremely helpful & courteousma shaa Allah. Good variety of outfits & reasonable prices too. Outstanding customer service.Meenal's helped me created the sherwani I wanted for my wedding. From consultation through to collection the customer service has been flawless. The shop has a friendly atmosphere and I did not feel any pressure when making the purchase.The store has a wide collection of outfits and you can even create an outfit from scratch (this is what I had done). From the material, to the shawl fabric through to the loafers and the buttons. Each can be customised and you have plenty of options to choose from.10/10

I had been shopping for a Sherwani for my upcoming wedding, I had been looking at countless of places around Birmingham, Bradford and Oldham. However I believe I came across a gem of a store. They have some outstanding Sherwani's aswell Ladies Lengahs and Bridal Outfits. Once I found my Sherwani, my search came to an end at Menaal's. Their Customer Experience is top notch, brother Imraan had walked me through the whole process, took my measurements and kept me up to date regarding the delivery and the most of all the prices was not ridiculous against other shops that I had been to around the area. He was spot on with lead time of when my Sherwani would arrive and Alhamdulillah it came on as expected with no delays. I truly can say Menaal is a True Gem. You won't be disappointed.

They provided 10/10 service. They went the extra mile to get us sizes in all outfits we liked and opened so many suits for us. Ordered the perfect walima outfit and were given an amazing price. Would definitely recommend this for anyone going to Bradford:)

I loved what I saw in the shop at unbelievably value for money prices.Today, I went back to the shop to place an order for 5 suits. The owner of the shop and his wife were so helpful. I visited Menaal's a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of being served by Imran. The shop was due to close but I needed to find something to wear for my brother's wedding. I tried on my suit, one size was too big whilst the other was too small due to my work in the gym. =D Imran explained he could get a custom suit made for me. He truly went above and beyond in outlining my fitting requirements, suggesting adjustments to the suit shape and some impressive customisations to the trousers. He took my details to inform me when it was ready. I was unable to return to Bradford due to work and wedding prep. Imran posted the item to me, communicated tracking details and didn't even charge for the special delivery! The suit fits perfectly and I feel really confident about the wedding! Thank you Imran for such a fantastic, honest, high level and personalised service. 10/10! Mum and sister also received excellent service, they reserved products and returned the following week to make purchases.
