The Movement Studio
I have lower back and shoulder issues and this studio was reccomended to me by a friend and am I glad! I have only had 2 pilates sessions so far but I can already feel the difference. I feel more connected to my body and understanding it's biomechanics. Gabrielle is a fantastic instructor, she has a very positive energy, super patient, explains everything so well and has an attention to detail, absolutely perfect! Must try the reformer, it's like you're swimming in air! Looking forward to this pilates journey!Top tip: you will be given homework, do it. Otherwise you're only cheating on yourself!

When I first went to the Movement Studio I could barely walk. I'd been in hospital for five days, unable to move, and I really needed help.I got it at the Movement Studio. From my introductory session to my final online classes, the care I've had from Gabbi, Kami and Valentina has been attentive, kind, and overwhelmingly effective. They've turned me into a relatively normal human being again, and I'll be forever grateful for that.The fact that I've stopped going is a reflection of their accomplishments. I've moved to the other side of the world to start a new life, and I could not have made this decision without their help. Thank you.

I have been working from home during this difficult times in front of computer and as my back pain started to increase I decided to take some online classes to improve my posture and keep my sanity. I have tried Pilates Mat Online class on Mondays and Ballet Barre Online class on Thursdays held by the wonderful instructors from The Movement Studio and it has been a great experience for me. The instructors are well trained and ready to help while the classes are enough size to ensure that the exercises are done to gain maximum benefit and the instructors are able to correct us when needed.I am very happy The Movement Studio has moved their classes online during this lockdown and give us the opportunity to improve our flexibility by exercising from home. I cannot recommend them enough.

I absolutely love this place. I went for first time to the Open Vinyasa Yoga Class and I really enjoyed. Challenging class, stretching, core, meditation. The teacher Sarah was lovely taking care of everyone and correcting you to challenge yourself. Definitely I will come again and I will recommend to loving ones :)

Really recommend the Prenatal Yoga/Pregnancy Yoga class. The teacher Brenda Barquet is amazing and guides us through stretches and breathing exercises that help me feel relaxed, centered and best prepared for birth.

I have attended Yoga classes on a weekly basis in the past year and love this studio. It has a great atmosphere and super friendly people (teachers and students) - It feels like a small community. For me Sarah is the star! Super friendly, patient, Sarah creates well planned classes with weekly themes - great vinyasa flows with a bit of Yoga philosophy and mantras included! With Sarah, you experience the real yoga!

Absolutely exceptional studio offering small group (max. 5 people) Reformer Pilates classes! The instructors are unbeatable and they are incredibly well trained. Special shout out to Natasha & Denise, who are both amazing. Can’t recommend this studio enough!

I have been here for two years and highly recommend it.The trainers are highly professional, caring and friendly. My favorite classes are : Tuesday 7.15pm Sarah, Monday 7. 15pm Lee and Sunday 10.15 Sheida.Try this place and you will love it!
