Excellent service and very speedy delivery. Due to not fully reading the instructions, I had to order a second length of synthetic hemp rope as I didn't realised that a 36mm rope wouldn't fit in a 38mm end cap. So had to reorder it in 32mm

I bought a blue rope bannister rope with brass wall attachments and end caps. Looks great, good quality, the price was good compared to others, very quick delivery and Ropes Direct keep you informed. Can't ask more than that really.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge. I was advised to order 6mm braid on braid for my garden sail. Cut to length and ends heat sealed. Couldn't be more happy. Fast delivery too. Sail looks great.
