Really couldn't fault kilncare Ltd. I phoned at 9am I brought my kiln in at about 11.15 and by midday my kiln was repaired and ready to go. Great service very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

I bought a Kilncare HobbyFuser 3 in 2020, and from the day it was ordered Kilncare have been fantastic to deal with. Today I phoned to talk about an error code on the kiln, and spoke to a man called Brian. He was so helpful and so friendly. He told me the error code referred to a broken thermocouple and arranged to send me a replacement free of charge, and offered advice on how to replace it. It is so lovely to deal with someone so human and understanding. Top marks to Kilncare and Brian in particular.

I visited Kilncare workshop recently to look at kilns in production and I was very impressed with the quality of their build and finish. I will be buying my own Kilncare kiln soon and a MAG polisher. Being in the UK it’s great to be able to buy British made kit with UK based support for any spare parts.

I love my Kilncare Hobbyfuser, which was delivered directly to me 4 years ago. When I moved house last year Kilncare moved it for me and gave it a service. I have been really pleased with both the kiln (the first I've ever had) and the support of Kilncare. I like the fact that in buying it I have supported a British company, who are making a quality product that does exactly what it is made for! From my own experience and from talking to other glass fusers, I can confidently recommend Kilncare, both as a company and for their products.

I have two Kilncare Kilns and they are brilliant. Exceptionally well made and good value. Any dealings I have had with them over the phone has also shown how good their customer service is. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to be honest.

Two great things to recommend very reliable kilns and great after service. I bought my Hobbyfuser about 10 years ago great little workhorse in constant use and amazing help when I had a problem. Recently purchased a Pro-fuser extra deep and getting equally good service. Highly recommend Kilncare for the beginner and more experienced glass artists.

I bought my Kilncare hobbyfuser3 a couple of years ago and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s a really great kiln, easy to install, easy to use controller and instructions, clear program guide and it has proven to to be incredibly reliable and consistent, and I use it constantly!When I’ve had questions the guys at Kilncare couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I will be upgrading to a bigger Kilncare kiln just as soon as I have space for one!

I have dealt with Kilncare for about 18 years and have worked/owned on about 10 of their kilns. They are pretty much indestructible, very well built. The only repairs I have made are to the electrics, Kilncare are always on the end of the phone for advise and spairs. Very friendly service.

I bought my Kilncare profuser (named Genevieve) four years ago when I needed a bigger kiln, after doing a lot of research and talking to many kiln owners. My experience has been entirely positive, and the Kilncare crew have excellent customer service - I've rung a couple of times with queries and I've had quick helpful responses both times. They know their stuff back to front and inside out, the build quality of the kilns is fantastic, and I would never buy a kiln from anyone else.
