An amazing customer experience from start to finish, Rohit is a really competent and passionate business owner, one of the few around that really value customer service! I ordered tiles that turned out to not be in stock, but Rohit got in touch as soon as possible to communicate this and worked with me to offer similar alternatives. I ended up with tiles I prefer over the original and also in a bigger size free of charge just to make up for the inconvenience. I also mentioned I needed the tiles as soon as possible as my builders were ready to lay the flooring, and Rohit somehow managed to get them to me the very next day which was extremely appreciated. If you are looking for stone/tile and considering this tile, don’t even hesitate this is your place, I’d also recommend getting in touch with Rohit first as he’s very passionate about his customers. 5* A+++

Great store with variety of tiles. We did our bathroom recently and must say that Mr. Rohit Sehgal was extremely helpful with the selection of the tiles. He laid them on the floor for us so we can appreciate the design at a bigger scale. He even kindly helped to load them in the car. The prices of the tiles were more than competitive and now that the bathroom refurbishment is complete, we can surely that it looks amazing. Thank you Rohit for everything.

Really great place so helpful. I was in desperate need of these tiles and live 200 miles and 3 hours away but they Accommodated my needs and helped me get sorted. Good price and even helped me load the car. I hope to do business with them again!So should you!
