I have had a positive experience with Enzo Nutrition so far! First I have tried their food through Just Eat couple of times and now I have decided to order for the entire week.The food is delicious, healthy and well-portioned. The website is very easy to use and to order. Excellent service!Highly recommended!

My team were raving about Enzo's. How heavy could these scrans be I wondered?It was like being roundhouse kicked by flavour. A portion so large that Chuck Norris would struggle to take it on. Easy to order, quick delivery. Food arrived hot and the presentation was good. Food was delicious and ample portions. I requested my food to be mild and it was made perfectly as per requested. Been in the cafe a few times and the staff are always very friendly, especially with my son. Excellent - will be back and would highly recommend

Food tastes amazing and is very low calorie and nutritious! All meals are healthy and the portion sizes are perfectI started getting a meal package delivered to me this week to see what it was like and now I’m going to start ordering all my lunches and dinners from hereMy family were so jealous of my meals that they want to order meal packages now too! The food here is always delicious but until recently I couldn't get in much (the cafe was open Mon-Fri so was always working). But now they open on a Saturday as well so I'll be visiting more often. The menu has got something for everyone, I pretty much get a different dish every time I go and I haven't been disappointed.

I can't speak highly enough of these meals. Delicious, healthy, amazing variety and brilliant menu. Since eating these meals I no longer need my prescription lansoprozole. My heart burn has disappeared after years, my skin and health have also improved from all the delicious variety of well cooked vegetables and proteins I'm eating. This really is the best meal prep in Liverpool. Thanks enzo, I am thrilled beyond measure.

I have just had their Pasta Salad with Grilled Halloumi and it was gorgeous. I didn't want it to end! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

A great menu and fantastic tasting food full of flavour. Great value for money and handy if you’re on the go. I often pick some up on my way to work. Firecracker chicken is one of my favourites. Highly recommend
