After being let down by another firm i rang Chris in desperation. Within an hour he arrived, looked at work, discussed, priced and booked a date. I would comment on the quality of the work done, but as they never turned up, no work was actually done. I had been given a date for the work months earlier, so i booked the time off, got everything ready, then nothing. No call, No text, nothing. I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me do no stars.

Had a leak from my roof. Chris came out the same day althoughthe weather wasn't good. He surveyed the roof and found the problem immediately (a tile had slipped), took photo's before and after replacing the slipped tile. I asked how much I owed him - he said there was NO charge as it was a quick repair. What a lovely, kind, genuine guy! Would highly recommended him and his company.

Employed Raven Roofing to repair some guttering and slate tiles. The tiles were replaced with a piece of felt which has since lifted off, and the gutters were covered over with a thin layer of filler which was not suitable for use outdoors - dissolved in water when tested. The cement added to the ridge was done very badly and not all the way along. They did offer to come and put the work right, which I declined.
