Pretty grim I'm afraid. Food is often cold/not available and the staff really need to learn that they are there to serve customers spending money in their shop. To be honest, I'm sure the Gregg's upper management would be alarmed if they secretly went in here.

DISGUSTED FOOD AREA DIRTY. I WILL BE CONTACTING HEALTH PEOPLE. FOOD COLD THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT HEAT TRAY BAKES!!!. Rude stall oh mt if i was a man i would od decjed him i wouldnt speak to my dog like that. Should be closed down

Greggs is located within the Shell Fuel Station. Small sit in area or take away. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Toilets available. Plenty of free parking outside.

Rude staff at Greggs. If you have an o2 priority code for a free coffee your wasting your time. Out of 3 vouchers I've lost 2 as they claim they're not valid. First time they refused it. Second time I asked first and was told yes we take them. Today guy was rude and arrogant.

Food (that's meant to be hot) cold.....when it has any!! Unsmilling staff...who look at you like you're an inconvenience. They can learn a bit from the friendly helpful staff in Gregg's along the road in Castle Street.

Very disappointed the food was cold, refused to heat it, 4 serving who had no idea what they were doing. Two people had no idea how to operate the till. Also they allowed worked vans to.park in disabled parking. When complained to.Greegs they sent me a bog standard email and never covered my complaints. Will never return to Greegs

Don’t waste your time if you’re going in for the breakfast items. You’ll be waiting an age for a poorly thrown together, peely wally roll with lukewarm fillings.
