It was devastating to discover we had dry-rot in the house, but Steve from Timberwise was both very well informed and reassuring. It was a little bit difficult to make the initial contact, but worth persevering.Once the team arrived we were impressed by the speed and care they took to complete the work. At all times they were punctual, helpful and friendly and always cleaned up.The work was completed to a very high standard, both in getting rid of the affected areas and treating the walls and floors, and also in restoring the rooms and hallway.If anyone has a problem with dry-rot I would recommend contacting Timberwise and seek their advice.
