Prices and facilities, it is what it is. A coal yard, customer service can be a bit short and to the point which normally is fine.But on December 23rd my elderly mother went to collect coal at about 1pm having looked online seeing the closing time of 5pm.Only to be told very very rudely when she arrived what do you want we're closing!"And after being to told to hurry up and move faster
