We've been seeing rent houses lots, not luck. Now that's told us that they won't work with guarantor companies. Why didn't they tell us to start with. We wouldn't wasted time, fuel and mental health, keeping our hopes up when we don't have any hope of getting any homes. Still in a caravan after 10 months. NOT IMPRESSED!

No communication at all, they ignore all emails, if you’re lucky you’ll get a replying telling you to call. When you do eventually call and make your way thought their automated calling system you will more often than not be treated to the sound of the phone being picked up and immediately put back down. What is the point of having a phone number you can’t ring and inbox you’re ignored in
