We had an emergency to find house in telford when we were moving. Hare estate helped us a lot in finding house. During our tenancy we never had any problems. And if any issue it was been sorted straight. I would highly recommend them.

A joy to work with, Isabelle was friendly, approachable and was passionate about her role and couldn't do enough to ensure we had the best transition possible! The office staff were also lovely and were always helpful and efficient whenever we called! Would highly recommend to anyone and they were very competitively priced to. We purchased our first property from Hare estates. We tried looking for properties when their was a huge surge in house buying. It was so hard to even book a appointment to a view a house. After leaving a voicemail late one night I was called back first thing in the morning to arrange a appointment and I got one on that day.Being first time buyers, we were really not sure about the process. From the initial call to arrange the viewing of my new home to the handing over of the keys on completion, Hare Estates went above and beyond what I expected of an estate agent. I sold my property via a larger chain of estate agents and it was an extremely stressful experience, however, the purchase of my new home via Hare Estates was in complete contrast. If you want the personal touch and an estate agent who genuinely cares about the properties they sell and the sellers or purchasers, then I can't recommend Hare Estates highly enough. We have been 7 weeks into a conveyance purchasing a property in Hodnet with Hares Estates..Only to be told via email that the vendors no longer wish to proceed with our sale & it will be remarketed. No further explanation. I can only presume the sellers wish for more money. Disgusted that the agents allow this to happen when we have spent money on fees etc and were over the moon with the property, had built up a great rapport with the agent and vendor. Just be thrown aside like the last 2 months do not matter Shameful.
