Adam is always friendly and professional. He is usually prompt to appointments and will let you know in plenty of time if he is running early/behind. He is helpful and informative, and reasonably priced too. And the best part is he will ring to arrange my annual PAT test so I don't have to keep track myself! I would highly recommend him.
