Sacha and Sally are the type of people you instantly want to be friends with.We were lucky enough to find and use their services to collect and deliver a piano.From the moment we got in contact Sally was friendly and helpful. We had some timing issues with collection and delivery but Sally and Sacha were able to accommodate this by storing the piano until we were able to have it delivered.When they arrived to deliver the piano we knew instantly that we had hired professionals that not only took their job seriously, but understood the importance of moving such a special musical instrument. They were thorough in making sure the path into the house they would take was right before even beginning to move the piano. They had lots of equipment that ensured no damage was done to the piano or to any framework in the house.Whilst all of this was going on both Sacha and Sally happily chatted away to us and our children, engaging them in conversation about piano and music generally - offering advice and tips. This is something money can't buy. Once the piano was on its feet, the children were sent away so they could do a grand reveal! They were so excited.We could not have asked for a better, more reliable, professional or friendly service. Sacha and Sally were fantastic. I spent an hour playing the wide range of pianos in the showroom before I decided on a Ritmuller 122. Honest opinions and advice were provided to make my decision easier. The piano was carefully delivered by Sacha and Sally to our house today (just 4 days after deciding to buy it) and it looks and sounds lovely. It is hard to spot that this is a second hand piano. Sach and Sally are are such a lovely bunch and they put their hearts into their business. I thought I took a blind leap by simply ordering the piano without going to check it in their showroom, but I was stunned by the excellent condition of the piano when it was delivered. I have to say that Sach can be very modest in his description of the pianos on the website though; I certainly didn't find any of the imperfections I was expecting to see when it arrived. They took great care to position the piano exactly where I wanted and were very careful to protect the floors and walls in the house.I got a great deal on such a lovely piece of instrument and I'm confident it will serve my family for many years. Sally and Sascha from Rowlandson Pianos moved our piano from Leeds to Gloucestershire over a weekend - it was critical for us to be able to move over a weekend so they collected on Saturday afternoon and delivered on Sunday morning. I don't know of any other company who will commit to Sunday bookings. They were bang on time for both ends of the move and a delight to deal with. Excellent communications throughout too - Sally sent me a message as soon as they had dropped the piano off at its destination. We had a slight glitch with the original booking but they moved heaven and earth to sort out alternative dates. They know their business and we were confident our piano was in very safe hands. My understanding that it was the right choice started from a piano description on their website. It was honest, respectful towards instrument and highly detailed, including high quality video of a piano in action. When I faced such a proficient approach, I was supper curious if they would surprise me further. And I was amazed by my further interactions with Sacha and Sally. Wonderful experience of buying a very competitively priced Yamaha U1 from Rowlandson pianos. Really happy with the condition of the piano, which is much better than I thought it would be based on the detailed description. It looks and sounds fantastic (at least when Sacha demoed it) and I know it will bring our family lots of joy for years to come. Was a tight squeeze getting the piano into position but this was handled very skilfully and professionally by Sacha and Sally. Thanks again!
